Parking available on site and in vicinity - 15 minutes walk from Railway Station – Disabled access
Times: 9.00- 9.30 Registration, 9.30 - 9.45 Opening ceremony
9.45 - 13.10 Games one, two & three
13.50 - 17.15 Games four, five & six
17.30 - 17.45 Prize giving
Entry fees: £16.00. (Concessions: Under 18’s £10, Over 60’s £14)

Sets and clocks: Are provided but please indicate below if you intend to bring/use your own
Prizes / trophies: Best junior, Best senior and first three placings.
Other prizes dependent upon number of entries.
Refreshments: Lunch: cold buffet provided Hot and cold drinks throughout the day.
Rules / etiquette: Standard ECF rules apply. Nationally graded event. Mobile phones to be switched off.
Format: Six-Round Swiss System proposed
